The holidays are coming! The holidays are coming! You know what that means: STRESS is coming! Yikes.

Are you the type of person who gets majorly stressed out around the holiday season? Does Thanksgiving get on your nerves? Does Christmas make you crazy? For some people, the holiday season is the most stressful time of the year— the holiDAZE. There’s parties for hosting, marshmallows for toasting, caroling out in the snow… etc. You’ve probably heard that song a million times around Christmas time, and there’s truth to it!

Most people get overwhelmed at holiday time because it’s an intense period with so much to do, so many people to see, presents to find/buy/give/get, big meals to eat (and then feel guilty after), etc. And what about the dreaded family reunions at holiday time when Uncle Ned tells you exactly what he thinks about Trump and Grandma Esther misplaces her dentures and has everyone in the house looking for them?
